Caritas Home Health, located at 1601 Milltown Rd 10, DE Wilmington is a Medicare certified home health agency that specializes in persons with dual behavioral and medical diagnoses. We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy, medical social services and home health aide services. To qualify for services, the patient must be in need of intermittent skilled services or assistance with activities/instrumental activities of daily living and under the care of a physician.
